The dishes from our menu were selected in order to show you what Alentejo has best. Alentejo has a long gastronomic tradition. Regarding our cuisine, we can say its roots are the traditional Portuguese cuisine although we usually give it a twist of modernity by using new methods of confection and plating that add to the dishes. Some of our picks are Sopa de Cação, Migas de Espargos com Carne de Porco d’Alguidar or Tentáculos de Polvo. Alongside with great food, we keep a great collection of wines - Our region, Alentejo, is especially known in this department, although we have wines from the whole country from north to south. For dessert, we like to please everybody - adding regional products to the traditional recipes, we get stunning results. Our cream milk aromatized with pennyroyal is a must as well as the chocolate mousse with macerated figs in acorn liqueur. We try to have an inclusive kitchen and a varied menu - we have at your disposal several vegan and gluten-free dishes.
